Up to 60% of people in some countries lack essential health service coverage.... Infection prevention and transmission of coronavirus still remains a challenge for more than 1 billion people living in informal settlements. 5.9 million children in the Asia-Pacific Region are at risk of not returning back to school due to the disruption to education and the economic. Sadiya helped Swan Estuary Reserves Action Group to improve their engagement using her creativity and communication skills to create targeted contents such as Facebook posts for the Alfred Cove Community Bird Walk and volunteering for restoration efforts at Pelican Point, where bushland was devastated by bushfire last year as part of an SMFG volunteer. 05.01.2022 Yesterday morning we helped Cambridge Coastcare construct five fences that will aid in combating erosion at Floreat Beach. The dunes are wearing away at a fast rate and this winter saw unusually high tides and strong winds that exacerbated this problem. The fences we constructed will help direct sand back to dunes to re-build the windward side. Thanks to the vollies who helped out and to Perth NRM for supporting this project
