25.01.2022 The results are in for the 2019 Sausage King and Best Butcher Burger Competition. 1st Traditional Australian Beef - Tasty Thin Sausages 1st Best Butcher Gourmet Burger - Chicken BLT Burger 2nd Traditional Australian Pork - Pork Sausages... 2nd Continental - German Bratwurst Sausages 3rd Poultry - Chicken, Sweet Chilli, Mango & Shallot Sausages 3rd Best Butcher Beef Burger - Works Burger This is the 2nd year in a row that Gulgong Butchery has won with their Tasty thin sausages and the 3rd year in a row for the best butcher gourmet burger. We are very pleased with the results and now off to state with our winning products next month.

06.01.2022 Looking for something to do with the kids this morning? Come on down to Mudgee Coffee & Cars at the Mudgee train station grab yourself a bacon and egg or sausage sandwich and have a look at some great looking cars. There is even some fire trucks for the kids to have a look at.

02.01.2022 This Thursday Channel Nine's Today Show will be doing live crosses to Mudgee as part of their program. Gulgong Butchery has been asked to donate our award winning tasty beef thin sausages which will be cooked by the Mudgee Lions Club and made available to those attending the broadcast. Gulgong Butchery's Roy and Sam will be cooking and discussing our products including our award winning sausages from the recent Sausage King Competition on the program.... The show will run from 6:00am to 9:00am in the grounds of the Catholic Church on Market Street Mudgee. All are welcome to attend and view the telecast at the same time taking the opportunity to try one of our famous sausages.
