03.01.2022 Today was Harmony Day at Gulgong High, where we embraced differences and celebrated that we all have a place to belong. We commentated the day by trying food from cultures around the world, listening to music from a variety of counties and watching 'Lion' at lunch time. Students enjoyed celebrating Australia's diversity and will continue to watch 'Lion' on Monday in the library.

02.01.2022 Today Gulgong High had a visit from Rick Engles who is part of the the Wheelchair Basketball roadshow. Rick has played for Australia in Wheelchair Tennis, Basketball and Rugby League using his expertise to educate our students on Road Safety, whilst giving them the opportunity to participate in both Wheelchair Basketball and AFL. All students in year 10 and 11 enjoyed themselves and experienced a hour in the life of a person with a disability.
