19.01.2022 Has been another big month at Coro. Carport has been erected, Blue board completed and rendered (Mike Smith solid plastering, and absolute rendering guru). Entertaining area has had ceiling/bulkheads framed and sheeted. Finishing off the deck and oiling. A massive thanks to the owners for help installing the gyprock/flushing and painting.. Big thanks to Neil Saunders (bit of a local legend) for help installing the carport Trusses/Fascias and Cornice. Nearly there keep posted!!

19.01.2022 A simple and modern hardwood pergola in Hawthorndene created last summer, ready for some grape vines to slowly take over. Will look great in years to come. Thanks to S&M Fabrications for the black powder coated brackets.

03.01.2022 This Master bedroom and hallway Reno in Hallet cove was a great job with the works involved. Full Demo and removal of all walls, ceiling and flooring. Re-levelled floor joists, underfloor insulating and new flooring. New hallway dividing wall and bedroom divider wall for walk through robe. All external / internal walls and ceiling insulated and re sheeted. Front entrance door relocated to be inline with the hallway. Big thanks to the owners for being patient while this was happening between other Jobs, Will be fantastic when painted and floor coverings are finished.. Cheers for the work!!
