06.01.2022 CITRA, we keep hearing this name but ever wondered what it’s all about? Well, CITRA is an initiative by the Queensland Chapter of MASCA. To break it down:... CITRA was created to promote and educate the general public about Malaysia’s uniqueness, its traditions and multicultural identities that have been around for many generations. This event has been consistently held for about 9 years now, which means this year's CITRA, will be the 9th one ever to be held! CITRA will continue to carry out its aims to educate the local Australian community, the Malaysians in Australia and other international communities as well. We’ve been pretty blessed to be harmoniously living with people of many ethnicities who still practice the religions and traditions of our forefathers. So in the name of patriotism, we would like to share the beauty of multiculturalism in Malaysia through CITRA and hopefully encourage more people to come and visit our home country too CITRA will be held on the 31st of August 2019 at Southbank Piazza in conjunction with Malaysia's Merdeka day. We hope to see you there!
