Celebrate Joy If you flick through these photos you’ll see what I have celebrated this weekend...we truly are one of the lucky families...and we have so much to celebrate. ... Every moment the water stayed out and our carpet stayed dry, the morning that the tide receded, every delicious mouthful of food, every second spent safe with my children, the power, the internet, every message sharing that our family and friends were safe and sound...the messages of love, protection, so much care and support So many people that make up the glorious mid north coast (including many friends!) have been devastatingly impacted by these extreme conditions...houses lost, homes and belongings damaged...how do they celebrate, find the joy...continue to show up? With our support, our positivity, our trust that there *is* always an opportunity to lean in with great gratitude and love, time to appreciate the abundance that absolutely is all around, to be all of us in supporting them as they feel and plan and trust and be all of them too... This morning I took time to pause...here we are again, safe at home ~ just as we were a year ago, this time, flooded in ~ not able to leave. Spirit? Did I miss something? Enjoy the gift of togetherness? Appreciate my true heart’s desires...slow down, listen, give gratitude, embody, connect...trust...breathe and be and choose to show up...as all of us, as all of me...always, in all ways...over and over again. That’s simple I smiled...I choose gratitude...I choose love, I choose to trust that it is always safe for me to show up exactly as I am...
