16.01.2022 We are looking forward to Sunday 30 August, as we are planning to go ahead with the Fifth Sunday Market. There is plenty of space in our beautiful park for stal...ls to have ample space between them and lots of room for visitors to wander around safely. We will closely watch any developments in relation to Covid-19 restrictions, and inform you if the Market cannot go ahead. As always, we will post on this page by 5pm on the Friday before the Market if the weather forecast looks dicey and we need to cancel. 11.01.2022 Thanks to Gumeracha Primary School and Quiz Master Sarah for another excellent Quiz Night last night. We’ve fielded a table every year and last night had our be...st result - coming second. How wonderful to hear, that in a show of support for regular donors, the school offered to purchase prizes this year after economic impacts of bushfires and COVID. However, many insisted on still donating - yet another demonstration of our incredible community. Remember to shop local.

10.01.2022 Repost from @ohsewbekyy A day in the sun calls for ice cream! Have you ever looked at the ingredient list on a tub of ice cream? They often have some pret...ty nasty ingredients including colours and preservatives, not something I want my kids eating... so we make it ourselves! Yesterdays ice cream was made with frozen berries, banana & honey (@gumeracha_oliveoil_honey of course).. chuck it in your Thermomix or food processor and you’ll have creamy, delicious ice cream in no time! Any excess can be stored in the freezer and served with banana pancakes for breakfast the next day! You could also add cinnamon, cacao, sea salt or vanilla for added flavour! #foodismedicine P.s. Whenever our fruit bowl is looking a little sad and our bananas are a little brown, I chop them up and pop them in the freezer... this way we always have frozen fruit for ice cream, snacks and smoothies ready to go
