25.01.2022 Who's coming to the free bootcamp information afternoon tomorrow? From 12-3pm I'll be at Gumhaven to answer any questions you might have and show you around the course! Bootcamp starts MONDAY! I look forward to seeing you all there, and lets get sweaty!

Here's what you need! - pre exercise assessment form signed by first class (can be done at the Sunday information afternoon or upon arrival of first class) - sweat towel... - drink bottle - non slip shoes Classes you plan an attending for the week ahead need to be booked by the Sunday due to Covid-19 restrictions so we know the numbers we're working with the ensure adequate distancing and safety measures are put into place. 15.01.2022 With Spring right around the corner we are re-evaluating our bootcamps. Bootcamps will now be twice a week, Monday and Wednesday from 6-7pm. The price has also dropped to an affordable $10 for one session, or $18 for both. Booking is essential! 14.01.2022 Have you been thinking about taking your strength and fitness to the next level? Gumhaven is offering a spring special personal training package! THIS INCLUDES: 10 one on one sessions (your days of choosing, you can space these out as much as you desire, but we would recommend 2 a week) at 45 minutes each.
