20.01.2022 We are taking part in Tracky Dack Day 2020 on Friday the 29th of May to raise money and awareness for TLC for Kids. TLC for Kids is a children's charity giving practical and emotional relief to sick kids and their families across Australia. 17.01.2022 At Gumnut Long Day Care Centre we promote a home away from home environment, where all children "Belong". Here we have our "family tree" with photos of children and their families, where children feel a sense of belonging while at Gumnuts. If you have not yet added to our tree please bring along a family photo and watch our tree grow.

17.01.2022 Due to the huge demand of OSHC, we have been working very hard in the past few months with the Dodges Ferry Primary School and Department of Education to extend our OSHC places. Finally, our hard work has been paid off, 30 extra spaces of After School Care were approved. We are now approved for 60 places in After School Care in total. The places are limited. 13.01.2022 Gumnut Long Day Care is participating in woolworths earn and learn. Starting 1st May - Finishing 25th June. We are asking for family, friends and the communities help in supporting us. You can help by collecting the earn and learn stickers when purchasing your groceries at Woolworths. A collection box with Gumnut long Day Care is located at the sorell woolworths store you can donate your stickers in our box or a 2nd donation box is located in our foyer at Gumnut. The more stickers we earn together the more new resources we could earn for the children to enjoy here at gumnut. We thank you for your support!
