02.01.2022 We are so super proud of our Pastrychef Josh who firstly made it into the Top 10 for The Nestle Golden Chef competition for Australia & New Zealand. Finals were held last week and our little Pastry chef from the Southern Highlands was awarded a Silver medal, competing against the 9 Best Chefs in New Zealand and Australia. Congratulations to our friend Sam Heaven from NZ North Island who was Awarded Golden Chef of the Year.
