23.01.2022 Hello All Great week of golf played during last week with results as follows. Tuesday 27/10/20 was a our McClintock Fuel Supplies monthly medal our winner was Darryl Swan with a 53 net and our Neals Family Meats runner up was Andrew Warden with a 54 net. Pin shot winners were hole 7 Glen Lamperd and hole 14 Lawrie English. Thursday all day competition winners were front 9 John Stokes and Back 9 winner was Bob Faulkner. Moya Valley Poultry accuracy drive winner was Anne Martel...l. Saturday was our Four Mile Quarry monthly medal our A grade winner was Fred King and our B grade winner was Peter Williams, Sharon’s Barber Shop runners up were A grade Peter Deighton and B grade Rob Lumsden. Neals Family Meats pin shot winners were hole 10 Rudy Vandermatt. Neals Family Meats raffle winner was Col Wilson. A reminder that we have our November Management Committee meeting this coming Thursday at 5:30 pm so if you have and issues you would like addressed make them known to a committee member or put it in writing to the committee. 22.01.2022 Hello All Our Golf Course is looking great at the moment due to good rain and the good work our green keepers are doing Tuesday was a single stableford event and our winner was David Wippell with 40 points and runner up was Andrew Warden with 38 points on a count back from Peter Deighton, Fred King. The high light of the day was a hole in one on hole 5 by Brian Foxall well done hope there are more to come. Thursday all day competition winners were front 9 John McKenzie and b...ack nine winner was Wayne Richardson and the Moya Valley Poultry accuracy drive winner was also John McKenzie. Saturday was a Single stroke event with our new year purse up for grabs. Our winner was Bill Nolan with a great 52 net Neals Family Meats pin shot winner on hole 1 was Jeff Streat. Neals Family Meats raffle winner was Rob Lumsden. Our trip away will be Thursday 04/03/21 at Kingaroy Golf Club, cost of green fees, karts will be covered with our EXM sponsorship. Cost to players will be $20.00 which is payable once you add your name to the sheet to cover lunch on the day. We are hoping to travel by bus if we get enough support to justify the cost of a bus. Please ensure you complete your score card correctly or you risk being disqualified. Preferred lies are still in play, this will be reviewed at our next Management Committee Meeting. Happy Golfing

Tuesday was a single stableford event and our winner was Jeff Streat with 38 points and runner up was Rob Lumsden with 36 points, pin shot winners were hole 8 Peter Deighton and hole 17 Bob Black. Thursday all day competition winners were front 9 John Stokes and back 9 winner was C. McPaul our Moya Valley Poultry accuracy drive winner was Ted Fader. Saturday was a single stroke event which was... well attended our winner on the day was Darren Burns with a great 50 net and runner up was Rob Lumsden with a 52 net. Pin shot winners were hole 6 Marcuse Sutton and hole 15 Graham Rigby. Neals Family Meats Raffle winner was Marcus Sutton. Next weeks event is our Four Mile Quarry monthly medal which include our monthly Mitre 10 putting competition so get your name on the sheet if you wish to play. Thursday all day competition winners were front 9 Anne Martel and back 9 winner was Jeff Streat the Moya Valley Poultry accuracy drive winner was also Jeff Streat. Saturday was our Inspirations... Paints come and try day and a good field participated. The winning pair was Andrew Warden and Noel Spalding with net 55 and runners up were Greg kay and Brad with a nett 57 after a count back from Team Paul Hawkins and Neil Brampton and Team Paul and Jenny Williams who also had a net 57. 06.01.2022 Hello All Yet another perfect week to be playing golf great weather and a picturesque golf course. Tuesday was our McClintock monthly medal single stroke event our winner was Peter Williams with fantastic 50 net and our Neals family Meats runner up was Rudy Vandermatt, pin shot winner on hole 9 was Glen Lamperd. Thursday all day competition winners were front 9 John Cartwright and back 9 winner was Anne Martell, John Cartwright also took out the Moya Valley Poultry accuracy ...drive. Saturday event was Four Mile Quarry monthly medal our A grade winner was Bill Nolan with a 50 net and our runner up was Andrew Warden with 54 net, in B grade our winner was Jeff Streat with 51 and runner up was Gerry Burke with a 54 net. After a put off between Bill Nolan and Jeff Streat who both shot 24 puts in our Mitre 10 putting competition, Jeff came out the winner. Pin shot winner on the day for hole 16 and 6 was Fred King. Saturdays event was a single stableford event Running out the winner w...ith 36 points was Graham Rigby and runner up after a play off with Greg Kay was Lawrie English with 34 points. Neals Family Meats Pin shot winners were hole 6 and 15 Michael Curran, hole 18 Glen Lamperd. Marcuse Sutton won the Neals Family Meats raffle. Thursday we had 15 players go to Kingaroy for our EXM trip away and all thoroughly enjoyed playing on the Kingaroy golf course. Our winner on the day was Lawrie English with a net 73 and runner up was Brian Grieve with a net 77. A huge thankyou to Evan English owner of EXM concreting for sponsoring the day which included transport to Kingaroy, 18 hole of golf including a buggy and lunch on the way home. All going well we will do it again some time in the future. Inspirations Paints come and try day is scheduled for Saturday 20/3/2021 which is a two person ambrose so organise a friend to play with who is not an Australian Golf Union Member and get your names on the sheet. Remember to ensure your score cards are fully completed or you risk disqualification.
