25.01.2022 It has been a mild spring here but we desperately need more rain. We are irrigating our vines early for what we hope will be a stellar season and crop, weather permitting!!

24.01.2022 We are at the Mudgee Farmers Market every month on the third Saturday from 8 until 12.30 and at the 5 Makers Markets held each year. next up is the special Christmas Makers Market on Saturday 1 December followed by the Farmers Market on 15 December. Call by and see us for some special festive season cheer!

20.01.2022 The architect of our newly released Chardonnay - my partner Sandy Nyman - was on hand to make sure the bottling of our first Chardonnay went smoothly

15.01.2022 At last we have some rain with a little more to follow today. The bunches are forming nicely on our vines and barring adverse weather conditions we are hopeful for an excellent crop this season and more great wines.

13.01.2022 Harvest time last month and our best ever Cabernet crop. We will make a super premium wine this year. Despite the drought, the fruit quality is very high.

12.01.2022 Today we bottled our first ever Guneemooroo Estate Chardonnay supervised by Mudgee winemakers Jacob Stein and Lisa Bray. We are over the moon with the results and after 4 to 6 weeks getting over bottle shock we believe we have crafted a perfect companion for summer.

11.01.2022 Recently our 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon was selected by an independent tasting panel from a blind tasting of 30 Mudgee cabernets to be sent for review to 12 of Australias top wine writers. 03.01.2022 It has been a big two weeks for us, with all of our wines winning awards from the judges at the Mudgee Wine Show and the Sandy and Mark team providing over 600 tastings to visitors at the big Flavours of Mudgee wine and food event last weekend attended by over 10,000 visitors and locals. Flavours of Mudgee gets bigger every year !

01.01.2022 Today we had our final tasting of our first Chardonnay which will be bottled on 10 December. We feel it holds great promise and has great finesse and lovely balance. Our first tasting of our 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon also got us really excited - it has fabulous structure and wonderful colour. We cant wait for the next tasting in a few months time to see how it has developed in barrels.
