15.01.2022 It rained out thew first time so we're trying again. WODEN THROW-DOWN Best Trick Jam! Come along, sign up and throw down at Woden Skatepark on Saturday February 10th! We're having a jam format best trick contest. Prizes up for grabs for best Under 16, Open, Girls tricks and whatever else gets everybody stoked! Up for grabs are product from event sponsors TRILOGY skate shop, Emerica, Etnies, Modus, River Skateboards and Palmz clothing. Get amongst it and and share the stoke! 13.01.2022 Stop KFC from building next to Belco Bowl!! ACTPLA's decision to refuse a KFC to be built on the site immediately adjacent to Belco Bowl was overturned by ACAT.... A fast food building so close to the bowl could hinder events (like Belco Bowl Jam) and also result in large amounts of litter and traffic at the skatepark. A lease variation needs to be approved by ACTPLA first and they are seeking the community's input on this by Monday 26 March.
