Barbara completed her nursing training at Bega District Hospital in 1979 and Midwifery at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital... in Adelaide in 1980. She has worked for many years in hospitals as a Midwife and on occasion as a general nurse. Over the last 15 years she has been working as a Practice Nurse in primary health. Her interests are in Children’s Health and Chronic Disease Management. While away from work, Barbara enjoys gardening, exploring new walking trails, reading, knitting, patchwork quilting and spending time with family and friends.
