11.01.2022 HOT DAMMMM BOY!!! TRANSFORMATION THURSDEE! 122kg left pic, 90kg now in the right pic and a whole lot of muscle. BOUUSSEEEE Read on. . .... Not only has this guy @_kennethbridgman transformed his life moving from down south up north, he may have been forced to eat healthy and train with the GF fam however it was the real challenge doing it by himself continuing on this fitness lifestyle change day in day out @jettsmaroochydore Now him and his girlfy are both smashing goals and looking fit and fab, and much happier with their healthy lifestyle, whilst still enjoying the odd beer(but no toilet hugging) Its now a routine for them, It's never been a chore which has been amazing to watch and continue to watch with such a positive outlook on life. 04.01.2022 TRANSFORMATION!!!!! theres still more where these came from, but here are two very different transformations in just 4weeks these photos were taken. we don't expect massive amounts of change in these 4 weeks, but there's no doubt that looking at these two you can't see results? AMARIGHT?? The girls have Improved their Measurements, habits, strength, and knowledge about how their body works. Pic 1. She started out actually with injury and needed to take this slowly, as ...we got her glutes stronger and stronger she has just sky rocketed and is pain free and loving the weights!!!!! Massive improvements from this babe!!! Butt- 2.5cm down Waist- 3.4cm down Thigh- 2cm down (alot of diff in her legs) Thrusts x10rm 40kg -90kg Sumos x5rm 60kg- 80kg _______ Pic 2. - she wanted to put muscle on and lose fat, and already so little she has ded achieved this by filling out her glutes and dropping in her waist. Also not to mention her strength has progressed massively!!!! Butt- 3cm up Waist- 2cm down Thigh- .3cm down Thrusts x10rm 30kg - 100kg Sumos x5rm -20kg- 55kg Leg press- 50kg to 120kg @ Jetts Maroochydore

03.01.2022 Yo booty in Iso. For all you lacking motivation look no further!!! These 4 weeks has not only helped change body shapes, but been amazing for mental health and accountability, this is why we are bringing to you another 4weeks but with abit more variety then just all lower body! I couldn't be more proud of this chicki babe putting in the work to just make it a priority to get the workouts done, wether that be when we go live or catching up that day or during the week.
