19.01.2022 CLIENT TRANSFORMATION. May 17th 2017 - July 31st 2017. Fitting in to those goal pants! This client participated in 2 group fitness sessions every week and still does! You should see her now! Consistency is key! She has made training part of her weekly routine and is seeing amazing results because of it! This gorgeous girl trains with me 3 times a week for 30mins and gives her absolute all in every single session! We’ve also incorporated some basic nutrition guidelines that we’re going to build on and she has achieved this incredible result in only 2 weeks! If you’re not seeing results it’s time to ask yourself if you’re truely giving 100% in every one of your sessions? And are you being honest with what you’re putting into your body in between your sessions? Commit to the process and you will be rewarded for it. 11.01.2022 A bit delayed. But as many of you know, I competed in my first ever bikini competition a little over 2 weeks ago. I promised photos to a lot of you so here they are (finally haha) I had the absolute time of my life and was able to come away from the day coming either 1st or 2nd in all my divisions finishing up with 2 x gold & 2 x silver medals! I cannot wait to do it all again bigger and better Thank you to all my amazing clients for your constant support over my 6 month prep
