20.01.2022 UPDATED INFORMATION 26/11/2020 At GDCHS Medical Centre, in keeping with general advice from NSW Health, we ask that you follow these steps when seeking any medical or allied health appointments and when seeking community nursing services: 1. Ring (4845 1166 Ext. 2) to seek advice and make an appointment (Please DO NOT come into Medical Reception to request an appointment).... 2. Disclose over the phone to our Medical Receptionist if any of the following apply to you: - Do you have any of the following symptoms? Fever Cough Sore/scratchy throat Shortness of breath Loss of smell Loss of taste Runny nose Muscle pain Joint pain Diarrhoea Nausea/vomiting Loss of appetite - Have been Overseas (including any cruises) within the last 14 days? - Have been in touch with anyone suspected of having Coronavirus or currently awaiting test results of a COVID19 test? - Have you travelled Interstate or to a NSW COVID19 Hotspot in the last 14 days? Once these questions have been answered Medical Reception will be able to assist you with booking an appointment. 3. When attending an appointment at Gunning Community Care reception will ask you these questions again and you will also be asked to have your temperature taken.
