Last year I realised I was still doming not engaging my core properly, same with pelvic floor, leaking while jumping or coughing . So I am working on getting stronger inside out. So, this has inspired me to help other ladies, who has similar issues. : I hated doing slow mindful workouts before but now I understand the value ...of it. We can relate to QUANTITY over QUALITY. So, this core is all about quality not quantity. : Take it slow. 13.01.2022 How to maintain healthy pelvic floor? : When I visited @chevronislandladies I asked Jill if holding poo can effect our pelvic floor? she said yes big time. Because I find myself holding my no.2 saying just 5 min, before I realise it is half an hour and the urge is gone aaand now I have CONSTIPATION : Apparently Constipation is big hinder towards healthy pelvic floor because our no.2 is constantly pushing our pelvic floor down.
