22.01.2022 Here is one form of cardio you can do that is great for your fitness and honestly can bring a sense of peace with everything that is happening at the moment. I would highly recommend going out on a small ride each day, work on how long you can go for and start to pick new places to visit each time as a goal. I've never really touched a bike especially outside of a gym but starting this up has definetly helped with my cardio levels, endurance, maintaining weight especially over easter and most importantly mental health. Give it a go, you've got time to build up your strength, work on yourself and become good at something that's good for you.

10.01.2022 There is so many little things you need to look out for when it comes to fat loss. Here's a few explanations on why changing the following things in your life can help with fat loss SLEEP - This is great for you, it regulates the body's hormones and this is when the most amount of calories are actually burnt by the body. DRINKING WATER - This flushes out toxins in the body, it also helps get rid of fluid build up in the body which can be excess weight. The body is simular t...o a camel's, it will hold water when it thinks it wont be getting any for a long time for survival. PROTEIN - Protein is used as one of the building blocks to repair muscle after it has been used, it can also contribute to weightloss because of its satiating effect on the body. OVERDOING CARDIO- Doing too much cardio can in fact deteriorate muscle mass on the body, which will make fat gain happen easier, having more muscle mass actually burns more calories - hense why those big muscled dudes like the rock can eat so much and not get fat. OILS/ DRESSINGS- Oils and fats are higher in calories at 9 calories per gram in comparison to 4 calories for protein and carbs, so too much oil and your calories will sneak up on you. TOO MUCH HEALTHY - This seems confusing to most but portion size is important for fat loss no matter what food your eating, just because it's healthy dosnt mean it has no calories. WHAT'S CALORIE INTAKE- This is what you put into your body daily, you need to be able to eat less then how many calories your body burns to be able to lose weight, you don't need to starve yourself for results, by eating a few calories less maybe 100-300 can be great for steady progress. PATIENCE- Your body needs time to adjust to what your doing to it, unfortunately results don't happen over night just like putting on 10kg wont happen overnight, there's no magic pill, only dedication on your behalf and creating good habits.

02.01.2022 Ate your meal and still hungry in between? Alot of the time your body can trick you into thinking that your hungry when you might just be dehydrated, by having a cup or two of water you can definetly rule that out of the equation and save yourself from extra calories that may be consumed otherwise. If you have had plenty of water and are still feeling hungry, consuming coffee can act as a hunger supressant and put off getting food as soon. ... If neither of these work, find a low calorie snack alternative to have in between meals.
