In a couple of weeks Chef Chiero will bring Italian spring tradition to Gusto! ... BUT , as many of you know, there is only ONE dish that has been with us since the opening, three years ago. Our BABY OCTOPUS "ALLA BUSARA" are here to stay and in case you can't make it to the restaurant, here is the recipe of Chef Chiero's winter version (enjoyable cold as well, if you ask me ) for you to try at home!
