04.01.2022 CAN YOU RELATE? These are all signs of a LEAKY GUT..... I legit thought this was a trendy word to try and get me to buy a vitamin.... BUT ITS A REAL THING & most doctors aren’t talking about it. I had 6... Curious, can you relate?... GI distress (chronic diarrhea, constipation, gas and bloating) Weight gain/inability to lose weight Thyroid conditions Skin rashes (acne, rosacea and toe fungus) Chronic infections (a sign of a compromised immune system) Brain-related symptoms (headaches, brain fog, memory loss, excessive fatigue) Joint pain/muscle pain Nutrient deficiencies Cravings for carbs and sugar and sensitivities to lots of foods. The best thing to do for your sleep quality is to work on restoring the functionality of the gut and in return the brain and hormonal systems.
03.01.2022 THINK AGAIN WHEN YOU TELL YOURSELF THAT INVESTING IN SUPPLEMENTS IS AN EXPENSE.... Because.... You’re not in pain because of an ibuprofen deficiency. ... You’re not sneezing because of an antihistamine deficiency. You’re not awake all night because of a sleeping pill deficiency. You’re not having indigestion because of an antacid deficiency. Your skin is not itchy and dry because of a lotion deficiency. You’re not tired because of a caffeine or sugar deficiency. You’re not constipated because of a laxative deficiency. Unless you get to the ROOT cause of these things, you’re likely going to be taking theabove toxinsfor a very long time and will have to deal with the root problems PLUS the side effects of the treatment. The reality is that we will most likely either pay to be well or pay an even higher price to be sick. Don't know where to start?
