23.01.2022 Oh how my nights have changed...... Thursday nights used to be spent doing uni work or watching tv or sleeping...... Now i get to spend them learning how to grow my business, getting support from the best role models and leaders i have ever met and making sure that my month ahead is on track! ... 18.01.2022 This morning i rolled out of bed ......yes rolled....... My energy is shot and this little lamb is draining me ....but it was a wake up call when i did my morning musings and this little beauty popped up for me ..... The lamb is not to blame.....its me im not looking after myself....... With all the packing and organising im neglecting my self care routine and not making good food choices or drinking enough water because im being lazy ..... With this reminder and realisation ...today im going to do better and take care of me! Dont forget guys we all fail sometimes but we all need to be open to listening to our bodies and trying to do better! Happy thursday

12.01.2022 ppy hump day peeps!! Doesn’t it feel good to feel good? I don’t know about you but a mix of the moving and packing, getting in to a new routine, working from home, uni deadlines and all that comes with that has had me neglecting all my self care rituals and routines the last couple of weeks and eating whatever, not drinking enough water, not journaling, meditating or moving my body enough ... It’s crazy how quickly you start to feel lazy, sluggish and uninspired So this week I’m making a conscious effort to get back to basics - drink more water - meditate every morning - journal every night - drinking my goop and sticking to my program What is one small goal you’re committing to this week?
