SHEOAK , Producing a mellow smoke flavour and colour, fantastic with seafood in particular, Lamb, Poultry and Pork. $35 per 5kg bag JAM WOOD - Ideal for smoking in a weber or hooded bbq. Mild slightly spicy smoke, that burns well at slightly higher temperatures. This is an all rounder that imparts a smooth smoke flavour to any meats and veggies. $30 per 5kg bag... BANKSIA and BANKSIA NUTS - For the subtle smoker. A very mild smoke flavour that can be used with anything. The Banksia Nuts give a light smoke colouring that works great with Poultry, Pork and Seafood. $40 per 5kg bag Nuts $2 each JARRAH - The good ole Aussie Hardwood. Jarrah gives a thicker smoke with a stronger flavour and colour. Good for getting the coals going to put other smoking woods on. 06.01.2022 Here is one of our medium sized Sheoak serving platters we recently finished. Look at the grain and even has a bit of burl incorporated. We have a few for sale. You would be made to serve up one of your creations on something plain. WOW your guests with one of these. Finished in a simple light edible oil.
