23.01.2022 JUNIOR TRIALS START TOMORROW - REGISTER YOUR INTEREST NOW!!!! NPL is back bigger and better in 2021! GV Suns is proud to announce our inclusion into the Victorian NPL competition for a 6th consecutive year running. After COVID regulations were eased we can now announce we will be holding our open invitation training sessions and trials for 2021 in November. ... There have been a number of changes made at the Club, overseen by our Technical Director Billy Marshall with the help of his coaching team over the COVID lockdown period which is sure to make 2021 the best year yet for the Club and our Players. The NPL pathway we offer now includes: Highly qualified coaches 33 games a year against the best players in the state through the NPL Competition A planned 40 week training program designed by our Technical director and Senior head Coach to align with the Club's philosophy all the way through to Senior level (NEW) Access to special holiday clinics for our players only (NEW) New fee and payment structure to make it more manageable for parents (NEW) Brand new Video technology to track players stats and performance (More information soon) (NEW) A revamped player package including player feedback analysis (as used by English premier league academies), nutritional guidance, strength & conditioning program and video room to access all different types of football content (NEW) We have truly revolutionised our program to make it the most professional experience our players deserve. SENIOR | 21s (+ up to 3 u23 players) | 19s NPLVIC SEASON 2021 ... EXPRESSION OF INTEREST Football Victoria have tonight announced that Seniors, u21s and u19s will make up the senior men's component of the NPL2 competition for season 2021. As part of the u21 age group, clubs are allowed to register 3 overage players as long as they are under the age of 23. We are now taking Expressions of Interest for the 2021 NPL Victoria Season. Please note that this is only for Senior, U21(plus up to 3 u23 players) & U19 players. This is only an expression of interest. Trials and pre-season training will commence once we have further clarity and guidance from the Victorian Government and Football Victoria. This is an exciting playing opportunity to test yourself and develop against some of the best teams in the state.
