18.01.2022 Also a canteen list will be put up later today for everyone to be able to buy food. I can say there is bacon and egg sandwich fresh fruit, salad rolls, we have some snack foods also and a few other bits and pieces. But getting organised to head off soon, see everyone this arvo.... Office wont be open till the grounds are set up. So find your stables and settle in for the arvo till we are ready.

18.01.2022 Just some background Information on the club: Goulburn Valley Arabian Horse Club was the brain child of Mrs Maria Bennett Elliott, Formed in 1977. The club has participated in an array of activates inculding: ... *The Victorian Division (of the AHSA. Now called VAHA) Arabian Performance Day which was held at the Kyabram and Tatura Horse Trials Grounds at the Waranga Basin. Entrants came from all over the State to take part *Street Parades at the Bendigo Easter Parade *The English Western Challenge Weekends *Dressage Days *Instruction Days *Endurance Rides And the Biggest event Two A Class Shows weekend every October GVAHCInc. were the first Arabian Club to hold an Arabian Horse Sale at Shepparton and also had their own Performance Team who were invited to many major events. The Club was well know for it’s variety of Events held, it’s fairness and well covered classes etc for ALL ENTRANTS. And most of all it’s Honesty and Friendliness! In August 2016 a new Committee was formed to Run GVAHCInc. and we are looking forward to what the future may hold for this club. We would like to thank the outgoing committee for their work. 2017 will be the clubs 40th birthday and we looking to celebrate big, with the return of not only the 2 A Class shows in October to be Held at Tatura Park but an array of events that we hope to build on as we go. Cateen in the cricket club rooms will be open from 10am with light snacky food, fresh fruit, saltana muffins. ... Lunch from from 12.30 roughly, salad rolls, snags in bread with onion and some other possibilities if we get time to make it up. Then even the chance of the best scones you ever eat in the afternoon. Can be hand delivered to Aussies's on the wed afternoon of the 4th of March or can be posted out express post.. $45 just the stable front. $50 for the ribbon Holder to display ribbons $55 for more then 2 trims eg, Bling edging, Fringe plus Tassels on the bottom.. ... Due to the unknown with Covid-19 espically coming into the winter months, Goulburn Valley Arabian Horse Club have regretfully made the decision to cancel both Stars in the Valley 2020 and The Arabian Horse weekend 2020. The decision hasnt been made lightly but we thinking of not only the future of the club but also our competitors/sponsors that may be struggling financially that help keep our events alive. ... With that being said we hope everyone has a relatively safe rest of 2020 and we looking forward to seeing everyones beautiful smiles back in August & October 2021.

01.01.2022 2020 Arabian horse weekend at tatura. Proposed to run over 3 days, 2nd,3rd and 4th of October 2020. This year marks the championship show as the 40th year.
