18.01.2022 So, still no news about when indoor training can resume. If by the start of Term 4 the government has made no announcements regarding gyms, I will be starting Outdoor Bootcamps until such time that we can train inside. People, it is time to support your local gyms and PT’s who have been doing it tough for the last 6 months. Doesn’t matter where you go, get off your backsides and do yourselves a favour as well as support an industry that has been totally smashed by COVID and the governments handling of the whole situation. Now that Regional Vic can get ‘out and about’ use the time to spend with your loved ones and enjoy the freedom. I hope to see some of you in my Bootcamp next term

17.01.2022 Hello all, we are finally able to continue our indoor training classes from midnight Tuesday 27th Oct, which includes PT’s, Group PT’s and Taekwondo. I can only have a maximum of 10 people in the studio at any one time. At this stage my morning classes are booked out. Taekwondo will resume again from Thursday 29th Oct. Bookings are essential. Max 10 per class. Beginners 4:30pm - 5:25pm. Colour Belts: 5:30pm - 7:00pm. We must adhere to a COVID safety plan which includes temperature checks and sign ins. Please stay home if you are not feeling well. Let’s get this party started from Wednesday morning



17.01.2022 Koryo Taekwondo Centre Mooroopna will be doing a free prelaunch session on the 25th of June 2020 @ 4:30pm to 5:30pm this is by booking only. All classes will be resuming as normal at the start of term 3.

16.01.2022 Good morning everyone, hope you are all well and safe. In this uncertain world we are in, we are all unsure how this COVID issue will play out. At some point (whenever that may be) restrictions will be reduced and we can start training again. As a trainer and business owner, what I would like to know is who is prepared to come straight back into the gym environment and who is more comfortable continuing to train at home On-Line ? Even though getting back into the gym now wil...l forever look different with new sanitation processes and procedures, are people going to feel ‘safe’ getting back into that environment. Your feedback will not only help me, but other gym/studio owners. We need some idea where to focus and give us some direction on what we need to do for the future. 14.01.2022 Why one size DOES NOT fit all. Ever been in an exercise class, bootcamp or gym and you looked around and noticed all the different shaped body’s? How some people are tall & thin with little body fat? And you think to yourself, wow, they really must be exercising hard and sticking to a good diet. 11.01.2022 Taekwondo classes are back as of this Thursday the 16th of July 2020. Beginners are at 4:30pm and coloured belts are at 5:30pm. Booking is essential. Please contact George on 0408369222.

11.01.2022 In light of the current situation with COVID-19, we are taking extra precautions at the studio. While classes will be still running, we will be sanitising equipment everyday. For those that are currently enrolled in the training program and do not feel comfortable continuing at this time, no payments are required. For those that will continue training, please bring your own towels to training and wipe down any equipment used. We will sanitise at the end of each class. If you are showing any signs of illness, it would be responsible to discontinue your training immediately and notify the studio. While I am sure we can overcome this current crisis, we all need to act responsibly while still trying to maintain some sort of ‘normality’.

08.01.2022 What we expected has happened: Stage 3 for 6 weeks as of Midnight Wednesday 5th August. This means no further face-to-training including all Classes, indoor PT’s and Taekwondo. I know it’s disruptive, however, necessary for everyone’s safety and well-being. I will look at starting ZOOM sessions again to get us through. Patience people.

You will have access to ALL previous sessions. Great opportunity to train with your family at home. Does not matter if you live locally or across the world. $100 will get you access and help support a local business. Stay Home, Stay Safe.

04.01.2022 I have been listening to the news and it appears that our current situation is going to be the new normal for quite some time. As such, I will be running On-line sessions up until such time that we can all get back into the studio and train like we use to. I understand that quite a few people are doing it hard at the moment, so I want to make on-line training affordable, but still allowing me to pay bills.I will be running 3 sessions per week, Live at 06:00am Monday, Wednesda...y & Friday, but the sessions can be done at any time as they are recorded. Everyone who joins will have access to all past sessions, and where I can, I will supply equipment to take home, on loan at no charge. The program will run in 4 week blocks, the first starting on Wednesday 15th April and will run until Monday 11th May. The cost will be $100 for the 4 weeks regardless how many sessions you want to do. Thanks again to all who have chosen to support me in these trying times. 01.01.2022 I’m involved in a number of PT/Bootcamp forums and it’s been great to see that most trainers are on the same page. Even though the government says it’s OK for outdoor Bootcamps with less than 10 people, most trainers are not going down this path. Yes, we are all hurting and yes, we are now required to do things that go against ‘ the grain’ , but it’s all for the greater good. Trainers should use this time to further educate themselves and provide an improved service to their clients. Stay home and let’s get over this craziness quickly.
