They are the least powerful players in the value chain that runs from cows to customers via importers, processors and supermarkets. Meantime the Australian media keeps a tight censorship on the possibilities of allowing consumer preference for unprocessed milk, because its not good business for big business when they see consumption exploding where it is allowed.
