03.01.2022 http:// MEMBER FEEDBACK // I joined GW after a spine injury over two years ago; my confidence physically and more so mentally was in quite a bad place and GW reached out to me whilst I was in hospital to come in and support my rehab and recovery. Ive always been active however I wasnt strong. In the last two years I got my first pull up, push up, squatted my body weight, got double-unders, and daily I feel so much more confident and prouder of what my body can do. I struggle with depression and my training has become so important in freeing up my head space and beginning every day in a positive and productive way. The coaches have supported me throughout my journey, and beyond the gym, and I cant thank them enough for pushing me and letting me lean on them when Ive needed it - B.
