23.01.2022 We are excited to be holding a Billy G’s Gourmet Cookie Dough drive as a fundraiser this term. Billy G’s is an Australian family owned and operated business. There are ten (10) delicious flavours including their NEW Mint Choc and NESTLE SMARTIES cookie dough. There is even a cheese flavoured Doggie Dough for your special fury family members! The delicious cookie dough is only available through fundraising and is not sold in stores, so stock up!... How Do We Fundraise? All fundraising is done online, please follow the instructions below in getting set up. Students who sell 1 tub or more are entitled to an incentive prize for their efforts. But why not aim higher? You have the option to choose up to five (5) prizes and this will set your fundraising goal. Family and friends are your greatest supporters, so ask them first for support. You will reach your fundraising goal in no time! How do we create an Online Fundraising Page? Creating a fundraising page is easy as 1,2,3. 1, Head to www.cookiedough.com.au to create your Online Fundraising Page by clicking the Register Now button and fill in your information as a parent/guardian. 2. Choose your child’s prize goals and create their avatar! 3. Share your child’s online fundraising page with your family and friends via the Share section so they can start buying some Cookie Dough as well, How Easy! There are great features in the online portal like creating your own avatar, selecting your prize goal and entering your cash sales! Win a Dream Holiday worth $10,000! Create an Online Fundraising Page at www.cookiedough.com.au, sell or purchase one tub or more of Billy G’s Gourmet Cookie Dough and you will automatically go into the draw to win a $10,000 Dream Holiday. The Leaderboard Challenge If you become the highest fundraiser in our school’s leaderboard you will automatically go in the draw for the chance to win a Cruise worth $5,000. How exciting! 22.01.2022 One for the adults. A Wine Fundraiser! Our Tamburlaine Wine Fundraiser has begun Order forms will come home soon.... Orders are placed directly with Tamburlaine using the details on the order form. Shipping is $12 per order Australia wide so feel free to share this offer with family and friends, near and far. These prices are discounted for our fundraiser, PLUS, $50 from each 12 bottles sold goes back to our P&C to go towards new school resources, that will benefit all the kids at GPS. These delicious wines make great Christmas gifts, or an excellent addition to your festive season celebrations. Plus you’re saving money on every bottle by purchasing by the mixed dozen! Orders are being accepted until 10th of December but we do recommend getting your orders in by 26th November if you are purchasing for Christmas. Your order will be delivered directly to your door! 20.01.2022 The P & C would like to advise the community of our Annual General Meeting to be held as follows: Date: Monday 1st of March 2021 Time: 6:00pm ... Location: School Community Room. Please join us and our current P&C Committee members at the Annual General Meeting. This is where all positions are declared vacant and nominations are held for a new executive team. Voting will take place to fill the following P&C Committee positions for 2021 President Vice President - 1 Vice President - 2 Treasurer Secretary Fundraising Coordinater School Banking Coordinator We also welcome anyone who would like to join our P&C Sub-Committees Fundraising School Banking Our general monthly meeting will follow the AGM. Please note that only paid P&C members are eligible to vote. Membership of the P&C is open to Everyone - Parents, Caregivers, Grandparents, Teachers. 19.01.2022 BILLY G'S COOKIE DOUGH UPDATE! Edit! The cookie dough will now be arriving today Thursday 10th of December The cookie dough will be delivered to school on Friday 11 December. Once it has arrived and been sorted we will put a notice on the skoolbag app and our Facebook page. If everyone could Please pick up your orders from the school office it would be greatly appreciated ... FINAL TUBS SOLD! Gwandalan Public School, we did it! We sold 215 tubs of cookie dough and made a profit of $645. We are so grateful for your support!

05.01.2022 Year 1 and Year 2 Pickup As parents are only to come into the school for the first few days to settle students in, we ask that from tomorrow 2nd February, par...ents pickup their children from the gate as we had done last year. Year 1 will come out at 2.55pm and leave by the bottom gate nearest Fairwater Drive. Year 2 will come out at 3pm and leave by the normal gate near the office. Year 3-6 students should leave by the top gate near the 2 storey building. Parents of year 1 and 2 students can continue to bring them in before school for the remainder of this week. Kindergarten children will continue to be dropped at the hall and Kindergarten parents can come into the school and wait near the Canteen for the children to be brought out to the Courtyard at 2.45pm.
