23.01.2022 Congratulations to W15C, our first Premiers for 2020 who secured their Premiership this morning with an 8-0 win over Lilli Pilli 1. Congratulations Team on a great season.

20.01.2022 AL9 Team Report - Great achievement on back to back premierships well done to Jordan and his team Another great season with the lads this year! We started ...off the season with some things not go our way, but the team kept their heads up and played their best every game. We took each week as it came and had some things go our way towards the end of the season so it balanced out and created a nice build up going into the final game behind 1st place by 2 points. Knowing only a win would get us to premiers we came out strong and handed 1st place their first loss of the season. That means back to back wins for us and we look forward to working for that 3rd !

19.01.2022 Congratulations to our AL.-9 who won their Premiership today with a 3-1 win . This makes it back to Back Premierships for this team. Well done fellas.

19.01.2022 O45E Team Report - Well done to Gaffer and these Guys 2020: The Season of Pandemic the Season of Lost Opportunities the Season of Injuries, Lost Moment...um, Frustration and Lost Points And yet, the Enjoyment Factor, the Fun was still there, despite a lot of shite coming our way. I want to thank all Team Members; your efforts, despite all of the bloody above has made for a very enjoyable (and unique!) season. Thank you, Team: it’s been fun!

14.01.2022 Top of the Table clash and grand final replay from last year saw our W15C girls notch up a 2-1 win over Engadine Crusaders 2 to put them back on top of the Ladder. Great effort. Well done

14.01.2022 SWG Team Report - Well done to Casey and the ladies What can I say about these outstanding women right here. You’ll never meet a group as supportive and genui...ne as these ladies. Each and every week they turn up to play. Win, lose or draw they had a smile through and through, and enjoyed every last second of it. Each year these girls blow my mind with their capabilities and growth and it’s an honour to play with them and train them. I would like to thank John for coming each week to coach the girls through the game, and a special thanks to all the supporters that turn up each week even with those 8am games! And finally a huge shout out to the pack of fur babies that come along each week, you’re the real MVPs See more

13.01.2022 W15C Team Report - Another huge congratulations to these young ladies and coaches Nick and Mick and of course manager Dani What a fantastic season for the ...W15C’s taking out the premiership. The girls went from strength to strength this season improving with every game. They all came together as a team playing extremely well but most importantly for the fun of it. Such a wonderful bunch of girls, a well deserved win! See more

13.01.2022 AL10 Team Report - Great effort guys look forward to cheering you on in the 2021 finals A very fun and successful season this year, we had around 7-8 new go...od players join us this year so finishing 3rd was definitely a good result for us, we all gelled quickly and had some good wins and scored some good goals , a great group of guys to play with and overall a great season! See more

12.01.2022 What a season for our W21Bs - Congratulations to Bruce and these young ladies on becoming premiers It was a successful year for the W21B’s; deservedly wrapp...ing up the Premiership with a 9-0 win against Grays Point in the last round of the competition. However, it was the performance the week before that really showed off the teams’ ability and commitment. Facing a must win scenario against a Seagulls team who had previously beaten us 1-0 in our only loss of the season, the girls rose to the occasion and produced a 5-1 demolition in the wet at Canberra Road to put us back on top of the table. From a coach’s perspective it was pleasing to see both the team and every player improve as the season progressed and we played some really nice football along the way. What’s more, it was great to see smiles on faces and the team continuing to bond as friends. Thanks to our new girls Gabby, Emily and Lauren who all had great seasons, and to Tiarne on her return and the rest of the team for all making them feel welcome. Thanks to the Club for its support, to our supporters for turning up to those early timeslots, to Bianca and Holly for helping to organise stuff and to the 35F’s for those fun training runs in the cold each Thursday night. For a season that looked like never happening, its ended up a great one! Congratulations and well done girls! See more

10.01.2022 035Fs Team Report - Well done Dave and FTroopers The mighty f Troopers back in there familiar grade was a combination of how long is the season going to be ...and what's our numbers. So the season started slow for us, injuries and work commitments (protecting our borders) we all thought great a long season. No this is not the case we dug deep and in true Gladiator style fought for our season and Yes if their was finals we were there. I would like to make special mention to our newcomer Amar as you have blended perfectly into the team and credit to the boy's for accepting him. To Billy for commitment coming from the South Coast Just about every weekend to play and finally to our fans every week you are there I personally thankyou and I'm sure the boy's do too. David Coach Further comments from manager Jason Well what a season, was it on was it off, finally it was on and the F-Troop were raring to go with 17 players signed and match fitness was at the best it’s been. With all the usual stars back again for another season but wait we had a new arrival at the team Amar better known as flash and it wasn’t long before he felt right at home with all his teammates. Anyway, for a shortened season F-Troop was plagued with a string of injuries which was beneficial to all the other teams, as most games the F-Troop could only bench enough players to make a team. Even so the F-Troop came home strong winning their last 5 games of the season whilst also knocking off the top team Bonnet Bay and destroying their minor premiers hopes they’ll say we didn’t but they know we did as that round in the end wasn’t counted due to weather and not all teams completing that round, it was a great effort by the boys who should what the F-Troop were made of. To conclude the season the F-Troop finished up fourth w3hich was an outstanding result and all the boys should be proud of the excellent effort and hold their heads up high. F-Troop awards went to the following players ROSTO Best Player 2020 AMAR Best New Talent 2020 MARTY Best and Fairest 2020 And final award for Grub of 2020 went to the one and only Alex for his two red cards this season. I just like to finish off by saying thank you to David Brownhill as Coach and to the girls and Ian’s Dad for coming down each week and supporting us and finally to the Gwawley Bay committee for all their hard work throughout the season to make everything possible great effort by all.

06.01.2022 Good News Due to a change in Covid restrictions More than one parent may now attend community sporting activities if physical distancing of at least 1.5 metres can be maintained between people that are not from the same household.

06.01.2022 U12E Team Report Our season started with a lot of nerves from myself the boys were now moving into competition and on a full field with only 12 registered. I... realised quickly I couldn’t handle 12 U12 boys on my own and luckily Bri was willing to jump on board to co-coach with me. We had a slow start with the boys adjusting to full field and learning to gel as a new team. But it wasn’t long until we seen what potential these boys had and wins were coming in week after week. We ended up finishing 5th on the table out of 10 and both myself and Bri couldn’t be prouder we cannot wait to see where the 2021 season takes us. Thankyou to the families that were there each week cheering the boys on and also supporting myself and Bri. Most of all Thankyou to the boys you were praised mid season by an opposing group of parents on your sportsmanship whilst out on the field. Each week you continued to surprise Bri and I with your commitment and working as a team you are a respectful group of young boys and we can’t wait to watch you grow further as a team Bec and Bri See more
