18.01.2022 House Iberia has been a long time and fantastic supporter of our club. Now, like many businesses, they are going through tough and uncharted waters and are having to make tough and sad decisions like this one. As a community we need to support them where we can and more than ever before. They have fantastic coffee and food and they are amazing people. We will get through these times together by working with each other and grabbing their delicious food and drinks via their designated times and delivery. I know they will appreciate anything you can give whether that is buying a take away coffee or getting a midweek meal delivery. Go House Iberia. Go Giants
18.01.2022 Giants, players, supporters, families and friends! We are nearing the end of the Toyota Good For Footy Raffle and as you can see we are in 7th place on the nati...onal leader board. Awesome effort. With only a few weeks until the raffle ends it would be fabulous to see one more push to get us over the 10k mark. Plenty of amazing prizes to be won from the raffle itself, but to create a bit of incentive to buy, share and sell these raffle tickets, we have introduced our own prize, that one player FROM THIS CLUB will win! Below I have created unique links for different sections of the club. If you use the links below, I will know which section of the club you are from (or buying for). When you share a link, share your own link for your section and make sure you use your link to buy your own tickets. Here’s the fun part. When ticket sales end on 13th August, whichever section has sold the most tickets, every single player from that section who bought a ticket, their name goes into the draw to win a free membership!! (Hopefully for 2020, if not, for 2021). Let’s have some fun with this and go into the draw to win so many amazing prizes!!! Winners will be notified on 20th August. ***For those that have already bought a ticket and didn’t use one of these unique links, please message me so I can find out what section you would like to buy for but make sure if you buy any more, you use one of the below links*** Juniors https://toyotagoodforfooty.raffletix.com.au/geelongwestgian Womens Football https://toyotagoodforfooty.raffletix.com.au/geelongwestgian GFL Netball https://toyotagoodforfooty.raffletix.com.au/geelongwestgian GFL Football https://toyotagoodforfooty.raffletix.com.au/geelongwestgian GDFL Netball https://toyotagoodforfooty.raffletix.com.au/geelongwestgian GDFL Football https://toyotagoodforfooty.raffletix.com.au/geelongwestgian

01.01.2022 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT Geelong West Giants would like to thank you all for your support, patience and cooperation over the past few weeks as we navigate our wa...y through the challenges that COVID 19 has presented to local community sporting clubs such as ours. It is our priority that the health, wellbeing and safety of our junior players and members is paramount and we will do what we can to make sure kids are continuing to participate in what they love such as playing sport. For this to happen we need everyone’s support and compliance. As directed by AFLB we are asking if you have to spectate outside at a game you must wear a mask starting immediately. You must socially distance yourself from other spectators Strictly one parent/ guardian per player If you can sit in your car please do. The ultimate goal is to keep kids playing safely and AFLB will have no choice but to shut down the competition if people can not adhere to protocols. Due to the ever changing days with school closures etc, fixtures will be released on a week by week basis. If you have any questions please DM us.
