25.01.2022 Our charitable revamp of the John Hunter Children's Hospital 'Fairy Garden' is coming along very nicely. We're now ready to begin re-establishing the gardens, ready for the soft fall flooring to be laid. We can't wait to show you the finished project when we return this hidden sanctuary back the kids, families and visitors of the hospital. 20.01.2022 Our latest development at Salamander Bay, Port Stephens has SOLD OUT - PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION! With our local insight into Salamander Bay as a growing hub for community, commercial business and retail, flexibility in use was the key component of this development's building design. Thanks to our in house design team, we have been able to tailor the design to suit the developments end users whose business operations include office, large format retail and a gym.... We will have a team on site in January 2021 commencing construction, with a program to see us complete mid year. 07.01.2022 It has been 15 years since we were on site for a shopping centre build! We have completed a number of stand alone grocery & retail stores but Wyee Shopping Village, is the first multi store centre since 2005! Construction of the centre is now underway. Final design elements, plus earth works and site footings are all to be completed this side of Christmas, with the buildings to take shape early in the new year! Wyee is the first of what has become many, design and construct ...projects for our client; from initial concepts, design iterations, DA and now construction, we have done it all side by side.
