24.01.2022 The 2019 Great Western Rodeo is on Friday 19 April. Make sure you mark the date in your diary. Further details and some exciting new developments in coming months.



22.01.2022 AND THE WINNER IS................. Christie Shrubsole. Congratulations Christie you have won a family pass to the rodeo. When you arrive, go to the secretary's office with some ID and we will give you your tickets. Remember though it is a family ticket for 2 adults and 2 children. The free ticket competition has been running for three weeks.

18.01.2022 Details of this years Rodeo. Make sure you book the date. Get there early and secure yourself a good seat. A couple of things to help you out; No BYO Alcohol. Plenty of food and drink available to purchase.... Brink a chair and hat for your own comfort. Camp overnight if you wish. Free camping Friday night. Enjoy the rodeo and have a great time but don't be a dipstick. Look after your mates and make sure they have a good time. We want families to come along and enjoy the day. No dogs or pets in the rodeo area. If you are camping they can come stay there with you. Bacon and Egg sangas available Saturday morning at the BBQ. See more

03.01.2022 Have had a few people contact me regarding a no BYO policy at the rodeo this year. Not sure where it started, but it only applies to alcohol. Bringing food and softdrink is fine, although as usual we have some great food vendors there.
