18.01.2022 Nutrition is a huge part of the battle!!!! Get your food prepped, get your macros balanced and most importantly...make food you actually LIKE!! This is my upcoming week: red wine/garlic chicken & veggies egg quiches (no pastry obviously)... chopped veg sticks fresh fruit yoghurt raw balls to have with my coffee 1-2 protein shakes Likely 1-2 Nandos/Thai (because I like it and the rest of my diet is clean) This took me all of 1hr to do...time is no excuse Need help with your health & fitness routine? 12.01.2022 Finally got my shit together I thought implementing and sticking to my post-comp reverse diet would be a breeze.... uh no. Managed to develop a serious Uber Eats addiction - there’s a problem when the delivery drivers start to make comments like nice to see you again RESET STARTS NOW. For those that aren’t aware, a Reverse Diet is simply the process of gradually increasing your calorie intake from a caloric deficit back up to your maintenance level or to a surplus (depending on your goals). It's commonly used by fitness competitors who‘be been on low calorie diets leading up to a show/competition, to prevent excessive weight gain after the show #everyoneishuman
