We understand you may be having some concerns about delays in our communications along with questions about the processing and dispatching of your orders. We want to assure you that we are seeing your emails and messages coming through and our team are trying their 110% to get back to you as soon as possible. Given the recent go...vernment regulations and the shutdown of gyms We are experiencing unprecedented levels of demand, consequently we’ve had an enormous number of enquiries and orders come in, and when we say enormous; we mean bigger than the whole Christmas, Boxing Day & New Year period combined! So, we’ve got extra help on board, so that we can focus purely on processing and dispatching orders as soon as realistically possible. Please know that we are trying our VERY ABSOLUTE BEST to get through each and every order and message/enquiry as efficiently as we can. Unfortunately, we cannot prioritise specific orders and we are going through your orders, in the order in which they were placed. Please note that abusive communication and behaviour on any platform will not help you receive your order faster or pop you at the top of the queue. For those of you who are looking at what the ETA is for your items/orders - we are going through each order, in the order in which they were placed. Once your order is ready and processed for dispatch, you will receive further notifications and information about your order. If you purchased PRE-ORDER items, we approximate our next major shipment to be at the end of April/early May 2020. Once the shipment arrives at our warehouse, we will start immediately dispatching orders, in the order in which they were placed *as long as the Government regulations allow us to do so at that time.
