23.01.2022 Our Greek seniors group enjoyed a Christmas lunch at Gunnamatta Bay last Thursday. Lots of conversation and laughs, reminiscing about their childhood and how things have changed this year. 18.01.2022 Our OPAL adventurers went to Wendy’s Secret Garden in Lavender Bay & then Kirribilli Club for lunch last Wednesday. 15.01.2022 The International Volunteer Day for Economic and Social Development was adopted by the United Nations General Assembly. Today is a chance for individual volunteers, communities and organisations to promote their contributions to development at the local, national and international levels. We could not do what we do without our fabulous volunteers, we say to you all a big THANK YOU!

The Happy Healthy Whole Souls will meet at 9:30am from outside of Lucy's Cafe in Sylvania Waters for a 50 minute walk around the local area before returning to the cafe for a well earned refreshment. 09.01.2022 A massive shout out to Sarah and crew at La Cucina Gymea for our staff Christmas lunch yesterday. The atmosphere and service was outstanding! The food was delicious!
