14.01.2022 The Onodi Last nights Acrobatics and Tumbling group started learning drills to execute an Onodi. When performing an Onodi, a gymnast jumps backwards, then does a half twist into a front handspring. The Cartwheel workshop is designed for complete beginners to our more intermediate level gymnasts, with each gymnast progressing at their own skill level. The Back Handspring workshop is designed for our more advanced gymnasts who can already bridge kick over and are looking to extend their skill level. ... These workshops will focus on body shapes, progressions and skills required to execute Cartwheels and Back Handsprings safely and with the correct technique.
