21.01.2022 The fact is, with the massive amount of high standard precautions we take as owners, along with responsible members at our gym, we are still a Covid safe facility. I can imagine that most gyms with responsible actions in aid of peoples health would agree they feel the same. Plus, I dont think any bug would survive in our gym at the moment!

17.01.2022 There is no SUCCESS without SELF HONESTY... Is asking hard questions of ourselves, to get where we want to go. Otherwise, we are taking insight, foresight and o...ur potential away, living a lie that will keep us stuck in a world we dont want because of questions were not willing to ask. Without any change, we will never get off the hamster wheel. The best question to ask is...is what Im doing and telling myself today, bringing me closer to where I want to be tomorrow? Someone said to me once, Im being realistic, by knowing I cant do it, I know I wont, I know its out of my reach. Now, for one, if you dig deep down, you dont really know if youll make it or not. If you were honest, and had faith in your potential, youd know its possible, if you had patience, and commitment. Secondly...The Im being realistic is coming from a place of fear. In saying, Im being realistic, is not self honesty. Its saying to me, Im hiding in the shadows, Im afraid of failure and Im not even going to endeavour, because Im not sure I can handle failure. I know this, cause before I was honest with myself, i used to say this all the time. When I was honest, I realised failure was the best thing I could experience. Because if I were honest, I knew I needed it to carve out my own success. To be honest, I had fears, and had to be honest with being vulnerable. In that vulnerability, there is true personal power. Admitting we have weaknesses to work on, is a great thing. It doesnt mean that were lessening or diminishing ourselves and strengths. It means we have courage to want to be better. Self honesty is looking as things as they are, and being committed to asking hard questions of yourself, to change for the better.

In these days of social media overload with everyone presenting their highlight reels to the world, showcasing only the awesomeness of their lives it can be pretty easy to let yourself feel somehow unworthy. ... You can start to develop a mental script and story you tell yourself that becomes self-defeating. The other day I saw this quote: "It's not who you are that holds you back, it's who you think you're not." It’s so true, isn’t it? Especially when you’re surrounded with images of people projecting a certain (often not-realistic) view of themselves. You can develop a script that tells you that you’re not the kind of person who follows through. You’re not the kind of person who deserves to be healthy. You’re not the kind of person who works out, who achieves their goals. WRONG! The dangerous thing about those thoughts is that they can become habitual habitual thought patterns that we begin to believe that are not at all based in fact. You can turn that totally around by developing better and more positive thought habits instead! It takes work, but every time you catch yourself thinking that you’re somehow unworthy, think a NEW better thought. This will begin from midnight tonight. ... At this stage, we will hold classes on the oval on the corner of trimmer parade and military road, the entrance near the lakes inlet. Bookings will be the same, on your booking portal. My classes that I take (jason) will all be on, and held at the oval. Who we have in our corner, the ones that love us for who we are, the clothes we are able to wear, the clean water we are able to drink, the roof over our head, the technology we have for communication. 13.01.2022 HERE IS YOUR CURRENT CLASS TIMETABLE & SOME IMPORTANT INFO... *The class booking portal is ready for you. You can now book into all classes. PLEASE READ...... Please note that there are 10 people max per class, and 3 wait listed. Bookings are ESSENTIAL into each and every class. No rocking up without a booking allowed. You MUST cancel your booking, if for any reason you cannot attend. Yoga classes will have a cancellation time of 3 hours minimum before class start time. Everyone MUST swipe their FOB on entering the gym. Please bring your own mat and towel for personal use, there will be no mats supplied, this includes all classes. We are having extensive sanitisers, disinfectants, and disposable paper towelling being installed by initial hygiene between June 6 and 9. We will have generic sanitisers up until then. I implore everyone to please clean equipment after you have finished using it, and clean your hands regularly. You can use hand sanitiser to wipe your equipment down. Use safe coughing technique, and hand hygiene at all times. If you are sick at any stage, you MUST stay home. We are looking forward to having you all back into the gym. Please be respectful of the current plan, and respectful of the plans set in place to combat covid-19. They are there for everyones health and to keep the longevity in your training. We endeavour to continually be a covid safe facility for everyone, and we endeavour to keep it that way with everyones help. Safe social distancing; We have approval for 74 members to be in the gym at any one time, the area approval is as follows; Weights, Cardio, Heavy Lifting Area, Reception 20 members maximum Studio 1 Spin, Cross Training, Pilates 14 members maximum Yoga Studio 10 members per class Yoga class, 20 members space maximum. Outdoor Training Area 20 members maximum We will be surveying these training areas on a consistent basis. As we dont usually have above these numbers at any one time for the general use of the gym area, there will be no requirements for hourly gym bookings as yet. However, In the event that the numbers are getting close to maximum, we will incorporate an hourly booking system for the general use of the gym. Please let me remind everyone, if you would like a mat, please bring your own, (for yoga too). ... No fans allowed. Just 2 hours workout time. Bring a large towel to cover the whole bench. Bring your water. And make sure, before moving onto the next piece of equipment; Wipe down youre equipment and your dumbbells, barbells and weight plates. Thank you! See you in the gym!

05.01.2022 Hey! Our restrictions have been lifted to even earlier. The government is letting us go back to the gym as of next Monday 1st of June. ... We are now allowed a maximum of 20 people per studio, including trainers. Timetable and booking system will be up by this Friday morning. We will be in the GYM on Saturday from 9:30am to 12 noon, for all equipment to be dropped back by 12 noon. If you cannot make this time, please contact us, we will organise times for you to drop all equipment back before this Saturday. See you soon!

01.01.2022 A handful of spots left for tonight’s functional strength with Josh, at 6pm! Get on it! Why should you get into this class? ... Functional movement takes your joints through their full range of motion and engages the important stabilising muscles. This is so so important in preventing injury and bringing efficient and healthy movement back to the body. Functional movement utilizes joint pattern movement in all ranges of motion. By being intentional about the movements you work into the body you can regain, and improve, your range of motion, and strength. As we age and live our lives in the same routines, our muscles, ligaments, and joints get used to those patterns. The elasticity in our muscles change and the synovial fluid in our joints decrease, therefore the range of motion in our joints change depending on our movement, or lack thereof it. The controlled functional moment in this class is what you need in your weekly routine. For those booked in, you’re going to love it!
