I am also nearing completion of my Yin Yoga Training, unlike my other trained Yoga practices, which originate from India. Yin Yoga originates from China. Yin Yoga is based on the Chinese Taoist principles which believe there are pathways of Qi (energy) that run through our bodies. When we stretch, hold a pose for 3-4 minutes and relax into the poses, we release energy blockages allowing the energy to flow freely. Hatha Yoga principals and beliefs are actually very similar beliefs I offer both In Studio Classes and Live Online Zoom Classes, catering to EveryBODY, Everywhere.
