19.01.2022 Thanks to 14 happy and willing people, we managed to raise around $1300 for the gardens this weekend. If you would like to brainstorm how we might use some of this to benefit the garden, and our community, please come along to our meeting next Saturday (19 December, at about 8.30am). We will be having a working bee beforehand - at 7.30am. Anyone interested in gardening or community gardens is welcome!

10.01.2022 We now have water on site! Thanks to Luke at Burst Plumbing for looking after us. Let the planting begin (oh, and the watering of the native food forest guilds)! Toilet next... anyone know of any generous funding donors? It isn't funny without a dunny, as Luke and his crew found out today!

06.01.2022 Shout out to our community... We are looking for someone to de-gas two fridges for us, so we can repurpose them into delicious worm farms. Anyone willing? Know anyone who does this? TIA

06.01.2022 Help needed tomorrow! Hi everyone, Regula is going to the garden tomorrow morning at 8am to do a bit of work. The plan is to kill weeds by laying down plastic sheeting and weighing it down... if anyone would be willing to help for a short time that would be really excellent! No need to bring much except yourself but if you have secateurs they will fit in your pocket... Let's all help our garden grow!

01.01.2022 Our meeting for December has been changed. It is now the third Saturday (17 December), not the second.

01.01.2022 Hello lovely people! We are swapping our meeting and working bee times around... So our next get together is on Saturday 14 November at 7.30am for a working bee. We are excited to start planting some pumpkins and sweet potatoes and moving some logs into the gully, so we will need a few muscles! After this we will have morning tea in the shade and then hold our meeting at around 9am. Will be great to see you there!
