17.01.2022 Not what you wanted to hear, what you needed to hear. Every month, week, every damn day there is a new fad. Keto dieting, fasting, eating raw organs, sustaining yourself with nothing but sunlight and breathe - but the harsh truth is, what has worked for decades will continue to work and what is new and fresh and exciting most likely won't. The best we can hope for is minor changes to already existing and established techniques.... Perhaps we can use a new grease, perhaps we can use a different metal or alloy for the axle.. But.. Listen closely... You, me, nobody is going to reinvent the wheel.
