25.01.2022 I hope you are all filling your mind with positive thoughts and affirmation's. It's very important to get our kid's to do this aswell! I often say to my kid's "tell me 3 great things about yourself". Ask your kid's...... If they have never done this before they may not know what to say, so you could say "Billy tell me 3 great things about yourself, like I am smart, I am kind, I am amazing". If they say things like I'm not smart, tell them this is not true and what we tell ourselves we believe. Explain to them how important it is to fill our minds with positive thoughts. It is easy to forget to get our kid's to do this - I myself often forget, so I try to make a habit of it as we drive to school. It certainly doesn't happen every day, I know how hard it can be just getting out of the door and getting to school!! But try to remind our kid's to fill their minds with positive thoughts xx

16.01.2022 It is funny how the universe work's. I started to begin a small business of bringing ayervedic therapy's to you. I have people book in and was ready to go when I cut my finger and had to cancel my clients. In the meantime while my finger was healing the scaffolding went up around our house which made to too dangerous for clients to come in. Then I was offered work at my kids school as an slso, I had done a small amount of work there the previous year and I loved it so I happ...ily said yes! This year I was very blessed to get a contract at the school I'm absolutely loving my role and it's funny how it feels like the perfect job for me But with all this isolation it has left me feeling like I have so many amazing tips that I would love to share with you all, weather it is breathing techniques or mindfulness tips even how to give yourself an abyanga! 14.01.2022 I hope you all had a wonderful mother's day! I was able to see my Mum and I thought I would spoil her with some traditional Ayurvedic spa therapies. First we started with a shirrodara, then a Marma point face and scalp massage and ended with a singing bowl meditation.... Mum had never had anything like this done before and she absolutely loved it!! While most of us have never heard of these therapy's and most of us struggle to even say them they are absolutely amazing If this is something you are interested in please let me know and when we are all good to go I will be in contact with you. So fill your mind with positive thoughts like I'm amazing, I am beautiful, I am confident. When you keep doing this you will start to see the difference, trust me this worked for me and I continue to do this every single day! So please today pick 3 positive things to tell yourself and do it daily, even write them down so that you can see it and keep saying them, it will soon become your new habit of being kind to yourself xx

01.01.2022 So a little bit about me. I have been on my journey for the last 10 years. I have learnt so much and I continue to learn and grow everyday. That is what I love, that I'm continually becoming a better version of me. No I will never be perfect as there is no such thing as perfect!... I get it wrong plenty of time but I learn from this and that is what it is all about. I often fall of the horse even though I know all these thing's help me, I use to get annoyed with myself over it. But now I know that it is ok, why? Because I'm not perfect but I get back on the horse and that is what matters.
