20.01.2022 Make sure you head to the Rugby st, Unley entrance to Gypsy Caravan tonight and tomorrow night at the Unley Village Green (nestled behind Unley City Council). Doors open 7pm (tickets available at door) so come and set up your little gypsy camp spot, buy sangria and paella (but be quick!) BYO snacks and non alcoholic drinks. Fans and roses available for a donation (all proceeds to KI farmer fire fighting units)

We had an absolute ball and you helped us raise funds for Farmers on KI to buy fire fighting units Special thanks to our super lively full house last night who bore with us as we moved the show from our idyllic outdoor setting to what turned out to be a beautiful cosy indoor gypsy camp sheltered from the rain Thanks to all of our friends and family, t...he amazing parents of the Studio Flamenco youth company, BenFX sound and lighting, the Hungry Toro, the Tipsy Gypsy, City of Unley and Adelaide Fringe, Church of the Trinity... and the best artistic team of musos and dancers ever. What a team! 13.01.2022 Coming soon! Come and try flamenco online, part of a 4 week beginners flamenco course! What will you need? Enough space to move (so that if your arms are outstretched sideways you arent touching anything) Comfy clothes A wooden board ideally (chipboard on some carpet will do) do not dance on concrete or tiles! Make sure your floor is non slip. ... Flamenco shoes or boots if you have them or you can use shoes or boots with a low, sturdy heel (such as Cuban heel boots), character/chorus shoes, or tap shoes. You can still join in without shoes in week 1 but please not attempt the footwork steps! Fringe seems a lifetime ago... but the Gypsy Caravan team is pleased to announce that we raised $2518 for the Lions Club of Kangaroo Island to buy fire fighting units for farmers. Farmers are often first on the scene in a bushfire and are often the first line of defence, so this equipment is crucial. Thank you to the amazing community of KI and all our audiences for your support! Stay safe everyone

01.01.2022 The Hungry Toro was amazing at Gypsy Caravan, Adelaide Fringe 2020! Over four nights, Harvey and his team served up the most delicious authentic paella which made this unique evening of outdoor flamenco under the stars complete! The aroma of authentic paella wafted across the park adding to the feeling that we had all been transported to Spain! We had nothing but positive feedback- the serves are generous, plenty of prawns and also a yummy vego option. Highly recommended!
