25.01.2022 Back into the lowcarb life ands it’s bringing up a few emotions anyone got a good recipe to replace the craving for bread that is not just lowcarb but also plant based?
15.01.2022 I’m one of those people that get the boring protein powder which is great most days, but sometimes I want a little yum in there! So I add 2 tablespoons of Gypsy Chai to the water let it sit for around 3 to 4 minutes to dissolve then add my protein powered and more water it’s Gita the spot and the chai spice help fire up that metabolism
12.01.2022 Thank you @no.meato.keto for this amazing recipe! Slightly crunchy on the outside with a soft donut-like centre!! Recipe adapted from @livbreatheketo Makes 12 Cookies Melt 85g of butter in a bowl... Add 1 cup + 1 tbsp of almond meal/flour and 1/4 cup natvia to a NutriBullet cup, blend for 4 seconds Add the dry to the wet and add 2 tbsp of @gypsy_chai , 1.5 tsp of cinnamon, 1.5 tsp of baking powder, a pinch of pink salt and stir to combine Add 1 egg and 1 tsp of vanilla extract, stir until the dough forms Using 2 teaspoons, drop balls of the dough onto a tray lined with baking paper - I made 12 They will spread as they cook so leave a gap between, no need to flatten the cookies before baking Bake at 180c for 10 mins Sprinkle with chai powder once out of the oven and let cool - they will harden up Enjoy!!! You can of course adapt these to be plant based if you like See more
