08.01.2022 2020, what a year! Last night we reached another milestone with H RIDE winning "Best Business 11-20 Employees" at the 2020 Business of the Year Awards! We are truly honoured and proud to be recognised for our work in the Hedland community. A huge thank you to all our customers for the ongoing love & support since our beginnings in 2018 ... Of course none of this would be possible without our amazing team! Our very own Mike also won the "Employee of the Year" last night for his amazing work within our company. Repeatedly booking & cancelling will only bump you to the bottom of the queue- book once and wait for your ride. ... If your booking shows that a vehicle is "yet to be assigned", that does NOT mean something is wrong or you will wait longer. The first available car will get your booking and it might be just around the corner. Make sure to ANSWER phone calls from the driver to confirm pick up location. If you don't answer and the driver cannot locate you, the driver will NO SHOW your booking. If you change your mind and don't need a ride anymore, please CANCEL your booking. You can cancel via the app OR by calling 9172 3333.
