Here at HAART, like all rescues, we are full swing into the kitten season which means ensuring pregnant mums, feeding mums, weaning babies, handraised babies, weaned babies & everything in between need the best possible nutrition we can provide.... Especially considering most of these didn’t have the best start to their journey we are playing catch up in their nutritional needs and as we are sure you can imagine this doesn’t come cheap! We know thi...s has been a very tough year for all- rescues have also taken a massive hit with even more animals needing our help and fundraising efforts having to be cancelled or not able to raise as much as years previous so we find ourselves asking for YOUR help... 05.01.2022 ALL SHINY AND CLEAN! Beautiful Keita had her first mobile doggy wash experience and was so well behaved, she was a little nervous to get in but once there she was an angel and made sure she returned the favour with lots of kisses during the bath! Of course the first thing she did after was a bog roll in the dirt but who could be mad at this face?? Keita is still looking for her perfect forever home too- she is a total love bug who keeps her foster family in giggles c...onstantly. 02.01.2022 Steve is just hanging out for the weekend!! This cheeky little dude is now avail for adoption. He came in a little shy of the world and had to have his tail amputated due to an injury before entering rescue so is now a bob cat but has recovered well and as you can see has really come out of his shell, now confidently exploring the house, giving his foster mum cuddles and loves hanging out with his foster cat siblings and stealing the dogs bed haha! He is only 8months old ...so still a baby. He would probably do best in a home just adults or older children for now as he’s still working on his confidence for now.
