15.01.2022 Haberfield Tennis Centre is still open for private/ semi private lessons and court hire. After the PMs announcement last night, Tennis Australia have clarified with SEOC that there is no requirement to close outdoor public recreation facilities such as tennis courts. The center is still open however only for private lessons and court hire. We are continuing to be vigilant with hygiene and cleanliness and being mindful of social distancing protocols. We ask that if you are ...feeling unwell or have been overseas to not enter the centre. Parents, if you have credit from term 1 group and squad lessons please contact us if you would like to arrange a private lesson for your child.

12.01.2022 Every day we see many kids come through our doors who love learning to play tennis. There is nothing better than seeing the smiles on their faces when they hit their first ball over the net as a beginner or winning their first competitive match. This year we would like to spread the Christmas joy as not all kids are lucky enough to be able to step onto a tennis court these Christmas holidays. We will be holding a Toy Drive for the Sydney Childrens Hospital in Randwick. This ...past year we have spent some time at this hospital with our little one and would like to give back to the hospital and spread some Christmas cheer. We are asking the Haberfield Tennis community to join us and to bring a toy donation to place under our Haberfield Tennis Christmas tree this year for the childrens hospital. No matter how big or small, a present this Christmas would mean a lot to the kids and their parents who will unfortunately be spending the festive season in hospital and away from their loved ones. 05.01.2022 Haberfield Tennis young star Phinn Suharto won the 2018 NSW Age Championships (state titles) in both singles, and doubles (partnering Haberfields Brian Donnelly). Part of this singles title earned him a position in the NSW team playing at the Talent Tens tournament held in Melbourne during the Australian Open. A second bonus of winning the title got Phinn the chance to do the coin toss today for the mens quarterfinal between Stefanos Tsitsipas and Robert Bautista-Agut. This was a huge moment for Phinn, and one he will cherish and remember forever!
