23.01.2022 MASKS Currently it is mandatory to wear masks in an indoor space but as #dentists we wear them all day, every day. So here we will share some of our #tips to ensure you have your #mask fitted properly. ... 1. Pinch the nose to seal. 2. Pull the bottom down as far as the mask opens. 3. Don't pull the mask under your chin or move it at all as you will contaminate your face. 4. The darker colour always goes to the outside. 5. Disposable masks are one usage only and should only be used for a short time to be effective. 6. Re-usable masks must be washed after each use, and ensure you purchase one that does not allow water to seep through once washed otherwise it will not be effective.
