The legends @makinconstruction custom truss and framing beautiful reclaimed timber at Willow Vale Farm horse stables. #Repost @makinconstruction with @get_repost We are currently building this mega structure in Willowvale. Here are the main structural frames build from 250x250 reclaimed hardwood. From the ground to the apex is nearly 8m! Not very often do you get to build like this these days. 23.01.2022 Willow Vale Farm. Horse stables under construction with @makinconstruction Beautiful reclaimed hardwood structure. This is an incredible complete design project to the property with horse stables & arena added, cabin & outdoor areas as well as existing farmhouse. Will share some more progress pics this week.

19.01.2022 All the approvals now through for this renovation to an original 1949 built beach shack at Nobby Beach. Weve added a storey and re-worked the ground plane but kept everything in keeping with its current timber detailing. These are getting rarer and rarer so we love it when we get the chance to give them a new lease of life. (RIP our little pink friend on the Hwy!) @goldcoastarchitecture Great work in the office from #JoshHon.

19.01.2022 A recent DA approval for high density on a residential Burleigh hill site with @makinconstruction Great work from @urbis_au on the town planning. The design was intended to sit sympathetically on its steep hillside site with a natural material palette & treehouse detailing. 2 beautiful adjacent dwellings making up the development designed by @paul_uhlmann_architects always helps the approvals maintaining a high design standard.

James Street Residences is an infill development to the vacant rear of a Burleigh Heads CBD James Street commercial site. * The sweeping, tile clad parapet is a lively addition to the already eclectic streetscape enticing passerbys down the new proposed pedestrian link into the Burleigh laneways beyond.
