Most of us will suffer emotional, financial and physical stress in the coming weeks and months, if not already. Some of us may get ill. Most of us will get better. As a community, we all need to do as much as possible to help prevent the spread of the virus. Financially, many of us are going to struggle. This means we may not have enough income to pay living costs and bills. The good news is our Lending Institutions are also stepping up and are offering assistance. Ive been working in financial services for almost 20 years and Ive never seen the Banks offer this kind of help or financial support, its unprecedented! My strongest advice is, if you are struggling or need help, please reach out to one of our team members. Were here to help as much as we can. In my experience, if youre heading into troubled waters, it's best to get on the front foot and let your Bank/Lender know early. The worst thing you can do is put your head in the sand and hope the problem will simply go away.
